Project Manager

• CompQsoft is seeking an experienced and innovative Project Manager Professional to lead cross-functional teams in support of government contracts
• Focus on ES2D Naval ESS and other Department of Defense (DoD) modernization efforts
• Lead cross-functional teams nationally and internationally in support of USACE ESS programs and DoD modernization initiatives
• Review Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and develop comprehensive statements of work and project plans
• Define project scope, schedule, and budget while identifying required resources and dependencies
• Monitor and manage project production for compliance with schedule, budget, and quality objectives
• Oversee analysis, design, execution, and support of all assigned projects, including resource planning, team selection, risk assessment, and budget management
• Ensure complete, end-to-end testing and client signoff for test success prior to all go-live activities
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships and strategic partnerships with key stakeholders/customers to maximize program effectiveness
• Quantify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Ensure overall success of project activities in line with Program Mission
