About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate with other government and contractor teams on all development initiatives and frameworks
Lead creation of detailed Design Package for each PDSR
Provide updated system documentation, development plans, functional release notes, user manual updates, Window Flow diagrams, Process flow diagrams, Window, Interface and/or report specifications, diagrams, interface specifications, use cases, and help articles
Develop task lists, assist the Contract Program Manager/Developer project documentation, maintain project status in the SUBMEPP automated project tracking system, and ensure milestones are identified and met
Implement change control practices utilizing government designated code repository
Document areas for improvement and/or future integration points with other applications
Maintain and develop software documentation: Software Release Notes, Server Documents, User’s Manuals updates, and Interface and/or report Specifications
Ensure all delivered code solutions are commented and comply with SUBMEPP coding practices
Responsible for technical engineering, design, configuration, deployment, and optimization of all Power Platform products hosted within Azure Cloud environment
Interpret and define business and user requirements
Ensure solutions maintain highest availability and service dependability
Test delivered solutions for issues or errors
Develop automated Quality Assurance testing
Perform root cause analysis of outages and incidents
