About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate with other government and contractor teams on all development initiatives and frameworks
  • Lead creation of detailed Design Package for each PDSR
  • Provide updated system documentation, development plans, functional release notes, user manual updates, Window Flow diagrams, Process flow diagrams, Window, Interface and/or report specifications, diagrams, interface specifications, use cases, and help articles
  • Develop task lists, assist the Contract Program Manager/Developer project documentation, maintain project status in the SUBMEPP automated project tracking system, and ensure milestones are identified and met
  • Implement change control practices utilizing government designated code repository
  • Document areas for improvement and/or future integration points with other applications
  • Maintain and develop software documentation: Software Release Notes, Server Documents, User’s Manuals updates, and Interface and/or report Specifications
  • Ensure all delivered code solutions are commented and comply with SUBMEPP coding practices
  • Responsible for technical engineering, design, configuration, deployment, and optimization of all Power Platform products hosted within Azure Cloud environment
  • Interpret and define business and user requirements
  • Ensure solutions maintain highest availability and service dependability
  • Test delivered solutions for issues or errors
  • Develop automated Quality Assurance testing
  • Perform root cause analysis of outages and incidents
