Requirements
Bachelor's degree Physical Therapy from an institution of higher learning accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education OR Master's degree Physical Therapy from an institution of higher learning accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education OR Doctorate degree Physical Therapy from an institution of higher learning accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education
1 year of Physical Therapy experience with adults in a home health care or rehabilitation setting.
Current, unencumbered (State Employed) License as a Physical Therapist Required within 30 days of hire.
