About the role
- Deliver high-quality therapy directly into the home
- Evaluate clients' physical, cognitive, psychological, and perceptual functions
- Develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients
- Organize a weekly schedule that balances client visits and participation in meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy OR Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current, unencumbered License as an Occupational Therapist in Washington state
- National Provider BLS certification (to be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) number (to be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience with adults in a home care setting preferred
