About the role
- Provides Occupational Therapy services under direction of an OTL/R
- Works with clients and family in the home setting without direct supervision
- Assesses the effectiveness of treatment and modifies as needed
- Documents all treatment and coordination of care contacts in appropriate agency format
Requirements
- Associate's Degree Occupational Therapy
- 1 year Therapy experience in home care or in related rehabilitation setting
- Experience with the geriatric population
- Ability to communicate in English effectively both verbally and in writing
