About the role
- Lead and expand enterprise go-to-market efforts
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close
- Help shape the sales playbook, define new vertical strategies
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders across Fortune 1000 companies
- Drive adoption of Compa’s platform, including our newest agentic AI products, Partner AI and Analyst AI
- Influence product direction and accelerate revenue
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of closing large enterprise deals
- Deep experience selling to VP+ stakeholders within enterprise organizations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience partnering with Product and Marketing teams
- Self-starter with a bias toward action and comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
- Experience using CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
