About the role
- Take inbound calls and reach out to people who submitted form fills requesting more info or callbacks
- Assist families with safe first phones for kids and seniors with simple technology
- Listen with patience, explain clearly, and close sales
- Ensure number ports over smoothly
- Hit sales goals and always be closing
- Collaborate across team when major incidents occur (e.g., network outages)
Requirements
- High-speed internet
- A PC or laptop
- Noise-cancelling headphones
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (huge plus if you have experience selling to telecom and/or to the US market)
- Fluent English (required)
- Spanish knowledge is a big plus
- Ability to stay organized and motivated remotely
- Comfortable with sales targets and feedback
