About the role
- Take inbound calls and reach out to people who’ve submitted form fills requesting more info or callbacks
- Talk with families about safe first phones and help seniors with simple technology
- Listen with patience, explain clearly, and close sales
- Ensure number porting happens smoothly
- Always be closing and hit sales goals
- Collaborate across teams during incidents (e.g., network outages) to support customers
Requirements
- High-speed internet
- A PC or laptop
- Noise-cancelling headphones
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (huge plus if you have experience selling to telecom and/or to the US market)
- Fluent English required; Spanish a big plus
- Ability to stay organized and motivated while working remotely
- Comfortable with sales targets and feedback
