About the role
- Manage a team of analysts to create, optimize, and manage paid media accounts
- Communicate with clients by email to deliver against performance, return on investment, and revenue targets
- Manage a team of 7-8 direct reports, coach and develop their talents, and hold them accountable for assigned work and schedule requirements
- Monitor and evaluate performance KPIs for Google Ads campaigns and troubleshoot issues
- Lead maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, budget caps, and other important account metrics
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and paid search facets for individual client campaigns
- Answer campaign queries from clients and other marketing teams
- Responsible for career development including training, support, coaching, disciplinary action and promotions
- Lead and attend regular team and individual meetings weekly
- Create and train on new processes and workflows and enforce adherence
- Work PST hours and report to a US Manager
Requirements
- 3-5 Years experience managing a team of marketers
- Deep experience with Google Ads and Google Ads Editor
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or equivalent programs
- Monitor and evaluate performance KPIs for all Google Ads campaigns
- Troubleshoot Google Ads issues when they arise
- Lead maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, budget caps and other account metrics
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search
- Answer queries on campaigns from clients by email and other marketing teams and departments
- Responsible for career development for all team members, including training, support, coaching, disciplinary action and recommending team members for new roles
- Lead and attend regular team and individual meetings on a weekly basis
- Create and train on new processes and workflows and hold team accountable
- Will need to work PST and will report to a US Manager
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Candidates will be tested on the different elements
- System Requirements: processor 2.0ghz+, Intel core 5/7 preferred; 16 GB RAM; 100 GB free disk space; noise-canceling headset; 20 Mbps+ wired internet; no USB sticks allowed for backup internet connection.
