About the role

  • Drive membership sales by leading and supporting site-level Membership Managers.
  • Oversee application, enrollment, and committee processes.
  • Partner with Brand & Communications on targeted campaigns and promotions.
  • Implement onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with Finance on billing and delinquency resolution.
  • Track and analyze membership performance, trends, and attrition.
  • Standardize processes and oversee membership communications and policy updates.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard Membership Managers for new club openings.
  • Support pre-opening membership strategy and execution.
  • Report to Senior Director of Membership Strategy & Growth and supervise site-based Membership & Membership Experience Managers.

Requirements

  • Experience leading sales and member engagement in multi-site or hospitality environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and retention.
  • Ability to travel regularly to support multiple club locations.
