About the role

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to build a strong pipeline
  • Identify and map opportunities across key verticals, leveraging market intelligence and competitive insights
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, understanding their technical and business needs to position CommandLink solutions effectively
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to refine go-to-market strategies and drive engagement
  • Qualify and coordinate high-value sales meetings, ensuring a compelling presentation of CommandLink’s value proposition
  • Foster internal collaboration to drive new business growth and expand customer relationships
  • Deliver quarterly reports and presentations to leadership, tracking progress and pipeline performance

Requirements

  • Proven success in sales development, building and managing relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers across industries
  • Experience in account planning, including mapping hierarchies and deploying account-based marketing and consultative sales strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present effectively at executive levels and collaborate across organizational boundaries
  • 2+ years of experience in Business/Sales Development, with a track record of driving pipeline growth and executing complex business development processes
  • Ability to identify key business and technology growth areas and align strategies with company objectives
  • Comfortable working in matrix environments and with geographically distributed teams
  • Self-starter with a strategic mindset, able to operate as both an individual contributor and a team player in a fast-paced environment
