About the role
- Recruit, onboard, and develop outbound SDR talent while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement outbound sales development strategies that align with Hostaway’s growth objectives.
- Set clear goals, track performance metrics, and provide regular coaching.
- Establish scalable processes for lead qualification, outbound prospecting, and handoff to Account Executives.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Operations teams on campaigns and messaging.
- Deliver accurate performance data and actionable insights through data-driven analysis.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of managing and scaling successful SDR/BDR teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment
- Proven track record in B2B sales, with successful experience at the rep and manager level
- Ability to craft and execute scalable sales development strategies
- A passion for developing sales talent and fostering career growth
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently & cross functionally
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
- Experience managing distributed teams in a fully remote environment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
