Controller

• Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting for Colorfuel and each subsidiary company
• Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements
• Maintain and strengthen internal financial controls and accounting policies
• Coordinate and manage external audits and tax preparation processes
• Support the development and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts
• Analyze financial results and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
• Partner with leadership to improve financial processes and reporting efficiencies
• Oversee cash flow management and financial planning activities
• Mentor and support members of the finance team
