About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with clients to understand financial goals, challenges, and priorities
Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for client leadership
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning efforts
Assist with financial modeling and scenario analysis
Evaluate financial processes and recommend improvements to support accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
Prepare reports, analyses, and client-ready materials
Communicate with client stakeholders and internal team members
Support consistent service delivery across multiple clients or projects
Contribute to shared tools, templates, and best practices
Stay current on financial trends and best practices relevant to clients
Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required
3–6 years of experience in finance, accounting, consulting, or a related role
Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or advisory work preferred
Experience in school district finance preferred
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
Familiarity with financial reporting and accounting concepts
Experience working with clients or stakeholders preferred
Must successfully complete a background and reference check
