Compliance

• Assist in supporting Coloplast’s Acute Care businesses and contribute to the overall development and implementation of our Global Coloplast Group Business Ethics & Compliance program within our North America region.
• Partner with business, manage compliance projects, define procedures and policies as well as develop business ethics training for colleagues and external partners – both face-to-face training and e-learning.
• Manage and partner to implement the Coloplast Code of Conduct, industry Codes of conduct, Coloplast’s compliance management framework, and other, global, regional, and local policies, tools and systems.
