About the role

  • To service customers via inbound and outbound calls in regards to presenting and closing customers on products and services, and handle Patient Enrollment and repeat order opportunities in a courteous, professional manner.
  • Identify the reason(s) for the call, utilize the systems to document and route for follow up.
  • When applicable at point of contact, respond appropriately to customers’ questions and resolve inquiries.
  • Complete and/or update all pertinent records in Brightree
  • Process leads from external departments to complete the necessary follow-up and product offerings
  • Place outbound telephone calls in response to the customer’s inquiry as documented on the correspondence, or other approved marketing lead
  • Research and problem resolution, communicating the outcome to the customer as appropriate
  • Complete and/or update all pertinent records in Brightree using Corporate Compliance Guidelines
  • Exceeds Quality and Quantity Performance Standards
  • Sets a positive example for co-workers by observing and adhering to all Departmental and Corporate Policies and/or Procedures
  • Supportive in assisting the Department’s Leadership Team in achieving departmental goals by completion of tasks, continued training, etc.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and/or co-workers
  • Establish and maintain effective knowledge of policies, procedures, and skills required to complete job duties
  • Available and flexible in scheduling to meet the changing business requirements of the position
  • Responsible for following good housekeeping and quality procedures
  • Follows and observes all safety practices

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year experience in the field
  • Willingness to engage in telephone direct sales
  • English/Spanish bilingual preferred
  • DME experience
  • Brightree experience
  • Call center experience a plus as position entails a high amount of customer interaction over the phone
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
