About the role

  • Lead complex IT projects on a global scale
  • Partner with the business to provide an internal consulting mindset
  • Drive projects using established IT project governance and execution model
  • Ensure successful execution and end-to-end delivery of digital projects
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
  • Oversee budgets, risks, IT deliverables, and resource allocation

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing complex IT projects
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in IT engineering, business administration, or similar
  • Extensive experience managing complex IT projects and/or programs covering LIMS, MES, WMS in an international context
  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale transformation initiatives across manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain domains
  • Hands-on experience delivering IT projects within regulated industries
  • Experience with LIMS and MES implementations (LabVantage and Traksys experience is a plus)
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and partnership abilities
