About the role
- Guide customers and prospects by bringing Collibra’s product and vision to customers
- Responsible for net-new opportunities and establishing knowledgeable, trusted relationships
- Serve as thoughtful technical advisor and primary technical relationship owner pre- and post-sale
- Map solutions to value across large and dynamic organizations, bridging business and technical requirements
- Participate in discovery and drive qualification of new opportunities
- Prepare and conduct product demonstrations highlighting how Collibra’s Platform supports enterprise needs
- Advise and support customers’ technical stakeholders to accelerate Collibra adoption and value realization
- Identify, evaluate, recommend, and execute value-based workshops and proof of concepts/values
Requirements
- 2-3 years in a Sales or Customer Engineering or Sales Consulting role
- Experience in Sales or Customer engineering in Enterprise land and expand motions
- Broad knowledge of data governance, data catalog, data quality, and data privacy platforms required
- Experience with value-based selling, cost-benefit analysis and ROI analysis, process and project management
- Broad experience as a Data Management practitioner in cataloging, integration, data quality, data and/or enterprise architecture
- Have set up and/or participated in governance boards
- Experience with leading PaaS providers, Data Lakes, Databases, and Integration platforms
- Experience in the data space is required
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required

- Trusted advisor for C-level executives and C-1 level executives
- Proven collaborator and liaison with all levels and departments and partner-heavy environments
- Confident in dispensing knowledge to a highly skilled and experienced audience
- Able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of business needs and revenue potential for accounts in the region
- Excited for continuous learning and development, with an aptitude for grasping technical concepts
- Willing to travel up to 30% within the region
