About the role
- Onboarding into products, processes and the team.
- Taking over the largest key account, including project coordination and documentation.
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Increasing the margin achieved from work with key accounts by 20%.
- Developing and/or taking on three additional key accounts.
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Business Communications.
- Several years of experience as a Key Account Manager in B2B marketing, preferably in an e‑commerce environment.
- Business‑fluent German and English.
- Leadership for a (virtual) team without direct line‑management responsibility.
- Acting as an information manager between the key account and our company.
- Excellent knowledge of negotiation, presentation, and sales techniques.
