About the role
- You organize top events and catering for our corporate clients — from the initial inquiry to the event itself.
- You work closely with our founders and C-level team to continuously optimize product and processes and can make a real impact.
- You use our platform daily — with smart automation and AI at every turn.
- You serve as the main point of contact for decision-makers at our clients — engaging as an equal partner and delivering impact.
- You are responsible for revenue development and conversion — with tangible influence on the company’s success.
- You coordinate proposals, provide feedback on product and processes, and help further improve egora.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, account management, or the events sector — ideally in a B2B context
- Food/catering or event background? A strong plus, but not required
- A university degree is not required — but strong communication skills, empathy, and a hands-on, can-do attitude are essential
- You take ownership, think entrepreneurially, and are eager to drive things forward
- State-of-the-art equipment (MacBook, noise-cancelling headset, etc.)
- Flexible working — remote, hybrid, or in the heart of Berlin
- Responsibility from day one and real opportunities to help shape the company
- Close collaboration with the founding team and plenty of room to grow
