Campaign Execution Support: Assist in the setup, execution, and day-to-day management of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, digital advertising, and web.
Content Coordination: Help coordinate the creation and scheduling of marketing assets, including working with designers on graphics, drafting copy for social posts and emails, and updating website landing pages.
Social Media Management: Support the management of our social media presence by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and helping to build our online community.
Reporting & Analytics: Help track campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates). Pull reports and provide basic analysis to help the team understand what’s working.
Administrative Tasks: Provide crucial administrative support for the marketing team, including organizing project files, managing the campaign calendar, and coordinating meetings.
Requirements
A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; OR 1-2 years of relevant internship or project experience.
A keen interest in digital marketing and a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
Basic familiarity with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok) from a professional perspective.
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.A proactive, “can-do” attitude and a willingness to take initiative on projects.
