💰 $100,000 - $120,000 per year
About the role
- Deploy systems at customer sites, conduct end-user training, and perform Acceptance Tests for GSM, UMTS, and LTE solutions
- Oversee projects from initiation to completion of the Acceptance Tests
- Prepare and update project documentation
- Provide on-site and remote technical (Tier 3) support for software and hardware
- Constant communication and collaboration with in-house teams to ensure successful customer experience
- Follow departmental processes and ensure KPIs are met
- Take project requirements and ensure they are met before the deployment phase
Requirements
- Strong background in intelligence technologies and methodologies
- CSS (Cell Site Simulators) experience
- Strong relationship and knowledge of government security (police, defense/military, intelligence services) customer base
- Law enforcement background at local, state, or federal is a plus
- Telco or Wireless Communications experience with GSM, UMTS, and LTE
- Prior experience using Electrical or RF Lab equipment
- Experience in technical pre-sale, customer support, and conducting technical training
- Strong understanding of Windows OS and advanced IT skills
- Minimum education level: Telecommunication, Computer Studies or Equivalent
