About the role
- Managing ongoing finance processes such as procurement-to-pay, inventory and tax
- Manage quarterly and annual close process and reporting
- Manage and comply with government reporting requirements, statutory financial statements, and tax returns
- Work with interfaces across Finance, Audit team, subsidiaries, Corporate and other departments (Operations, IT, Purchasing, Sales)
- Lead automation and process improvement projects
- Lead the accounting team in Herzliya and provide team leadership and oversight
Requirements
- CPA from one of the Big 4 accounting firms
- Experience with High-Tech companies
- At least 3 years of post-internship experience
- Experience in a global high-tech company (advantage)
- Experience with inventory (advantage)
- US GAAP knowledge
- Fluent English
- Excellent Excel and Office skills
- Experience in working with ERP systems (Oracle - an advantage)
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed and make an impact
- Good interpersonal relations, independent work capability, fast data learning ability, attention to details, multi-tasking
