About the role

Elicit, define, and refine business and functional requirements aligned to stakeholder needs
Support documentation and traceability of business rules, change requests, and user stories across Agile sprints
Create PowerApps prototypes, dashboards, workflows, and integrations that automate business processes and enhance data accessibility
Analyze ERP/logistics-related performance and operational data to identify trends and support decision-making
Coordinate and facilitate IPTs, working groups, and transformation workstreams—serving as the strategic interface between program stakeholders and delivery teams
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), audit preparation, and compliance documentation reviews
Track progress of key performance indicators and provide data-informed insights for continuous improvement
Lead or support stakeholder engagement activities, aligning requirements with business outcomes

Active DoD Secret security clearance
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
4–6 years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, or systems analysis
3+ years supporting external federal business analytics or IT sustainment projects
Experience supporting Agile teams and leading user story refinement/backlog grooming
Demonstrated experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI) and business intelligence/reporting tools
Familiarity with ERP and/or logistics environments (Oracle EBS, GCSS-MC, or similar)
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills
Ability to produce clear, concise documentation and visualizations for executive audiences
