About the role
- Elicit, define, and refine business and functional requirements aligned to stakeholder needs
- Support documentation and traceability of business rules, change requests, and user stories across Agile sprints
- Create PowerApps prototypes, dashboards, workflows, and integrations that automate business processes and enhance data accessibility
- Analyze ERP/logistics-related performance and operational data to identify trends and support decision-making
- Coordinate and facilitate IPTs, working groups, and transformation workstreams—serving as the strategic interface between program stakeholders and delivery teams
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), audit preparation, and compliance documentation reviews
- Track progress of key performance indicators and provide data-informed insights for continuous improvement
- Lead or support stakeholder engagement activities, aligning requirements with business outcomes
Requirements
- Active DoD Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 4–6 years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, or systems analysis
- 3+ years supporting external federal business analytics or IT sustainment projects
- Experience supporting Agile teams and leading user story refinement/backlog grooming
- Demonstrated experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI) and business intelligence/reporting tools
- Familiarity with ERP and/or logistics environments (Oracle EBS, GCSS-MC, or similar)
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills
- Ability to produce clear, concise documentation and visualizations for executive audiences
