About the role
- Map and quantitatively evaluate complex business processes to identify inefficiencies
- Design and execute data-driven process improvement plans
- Identify and assess high-impact RPA and AI opportunities across business services
- Translate business challenges into automation- and AI-led solutions
- Craft advanced prompts for large language models (LLMs)
- Ensure compliance, security, and confidentiality of sensitive business data
- Bridge business and technology and shape enterprise process improvement strategy
- Deliver high-impact automation opportunities and engage senior stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years in process improvement, automation consulting, or AI/ML strategy
- Familiarity with RPA tools (e.g., Blue Prism, UiPath)
- Exposure to LLMs, AI/ML platforms, and commercial tools
- Strong with Power BI, Python, SQL (bonus)
- Business process mapping & benefit modeling
- Prompt engineering and LLM usage
- Ability to translate business challenges into AI-led solutions
- Executive presence, strong communication, and cross-functional collaboration experience, including enterprise/legal contexts
