About the role
- Support the monitoring and control of electronic timekeeping, assisting with adjustments and simple corrections in the system
- Perform registrations, changes and updates of information in HR systems (WFM, SAP/EC)
- Support the preparation of operational reports and internal controls for the area
- Perform basic verification of attendance, absences and time bank, following leadership guidance
- Respond to employees via WhatsApp, email and phone, ensuring prompt and courteous replies
- Support analysts and coordination with administrative requests, contributing to the organization of documents and internal controls
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, proposing ideas and supporting the execution of projects aimed at process simplification.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree (Administration, HR, Accounting, or related fields)
- Experience with administrative routines, timekeeping, payroll or internal employee service
- MS Office – Intermediate Excel (use of VLOOKUP, filters and pivot tables)
- Basic knowledge of HR systems (SAP, WFM or similar) is desirable
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation applicable to working hours control is desirable
