- Brazilian labor legislation (CLT, regulatory standards, updated case law)
- Union negotiations: collective agreements and conventions, conflict mediation, relationship with unions
- Management of employment contracts: hires, terminations, contractual changes
- Labor compliance: prevention of liabilities, risk mapping
- Labor relations policies and practices: time bank (banco de horas), payroll, benefits, working hours
- Knowledge of HR management systems (desirable)
