• Inputs customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information.
• Reviews data for deficiencies and errors, corrects any incompatibility, and checks output for accuracy.
• Outreach to various sources via oral and written communication to make appropriate determinations.
• Completes and passes call center customer service training.
