Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in business development, sales, or go-to-market (GTM) strategy within cybersecurity, cloud, or compliance-focused organizations.
Proven success driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and scaling operational capabilities within small to mid-sized business units or fast-growth organizations.
Demonstrated experience developing and executing GTM strategies for federal programs or regulated markets, with expertise in CMMC and related cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-171, DFARS).
Strong record of managing and mentoring high-performing teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration among sales, marketing, delivery, and operations.
Experience influencing executive stakeholders and developing trusted relationships with senior leaders, system integrators, and federal clients.
Ability to translate strategic goals into measurable actions, leveraging data-driven insights to improve forecasting, pipeline performance, and customer acquisition.
