Sales

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow FCL and local Co-op commercial fuel business across bulk fuel, cardlock, and fleet card offerings
• Lead and expand the Fleet Card Program by identifying growth opportunities and monitoring customer satisfaction and usage metrics
• Drive pricing strategy and market intelligence by guiding the pricing specialist, conducting competitive analysis, and delivering insights to senior leadership
• Manage short- and long-term sales forecasting using historical data and market trends and align with supply and operations teams
• Build and maintain strong commercial and local Co-op relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align product offerings
• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team (5 direct reports); report to the Director, Petroleum; present regular updates to leadership
• Collaborate with marketing and cross-commodity teams within the Energy & Ag business unit
