Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow FCL and local Co-op commercial fuel business across bulk fuel, cardlock, and fleet card offerings
Lead and expand the Fleet Card Program by identifying growth opportunities and monitoring customer satisfaction and usage metrics
Drive pricing strategy and market intelligence by guiding the pricing specialist, conducting competitive analysis, and delivering insights to senior leadership
Manage short- and long-term sales forecasting using historical data and market trends and align with supply and operations teams
Build and maintain strong commercial and local Co-op relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align product offerings
Lead and develop a high-performing sales team (5 direct reports); report to the Director, Petroleum; present regular updates to leadership
Collaborate with marketing and cross-commodity teams within the Energy & Ag business unit
Requirements
8+ years of progressively responsible related experience in the petroleum industry and wholesale sales experience
Minimum 5 years in business development and/or petroleum sales and marketing
Bachelor’s Degree in Business (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience leading and developing sales teams (managing direct reports)
Experience with pricing strategy, market intelligence, and sales forecasting
Ability to build and maintain commercial and local Co-op customer relationships
May be required to complete a substance test, criminal record check, and provide a driver’s abstract
