About the role
- Provide creative production direction and input during pre-sale RFP development
- Draft and own production strategy and approach slides; present to prospective clients
- Lead budget planning, strategic development, and feasibility analysis across multiple concepts and RFPs
- Build detailed budgets based on client briefs and align with creative team to keep ideas within budget
- Offer cost-implication insights and propose adjustments to maximize impact while managing spend
- Develop detailed workback timelines and provide logistical insights to strengthen proposals
- Research and source venues and vendors; collaborate with vendors to secure accurate estimates
- Conduct feasibility assessments to ensure concepts can be delivered on time and within budget
- Join internal and external calls as production expert and present budgets and cost rationales to clients
Requirements
- Production expertise in experiential, creative, or agency-driven projects
- Experience building budgets, timelines, and production strategies
- Ability to draft production strategy and present to prospective clients
- Strong communication and client-facing presentation skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strategic thinker able to translate creative ideas into executable plans
- Experience researching and sourcing venues and vendors and securing estimates
- Comfortable joining internal and external calls as production expert
