About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client brief owners, handling all communications and requests
- Project manage point-of-sale communications aligned with the Waitrose business plan and brand values
- Engage target audiences with relevant content through structural and visual creative development
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure delivery within agreed SLAs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time, and within budget – "Right First Time"
- Propose and implement cost-saving initiatives, including RFQ for print suppliers
- Focus on reducing point-of-sale volume and achieving cost savings
- Provide administrative support in invoicing, WIP updates, briefing, and supplier management
- Integrate into the client’s marketing team and act as Client Services Lead to deliver exemplary service
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management in a client-facing role
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Solid understanding of budget management and cost-saving initiatives
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
