• Conduct comprehensive screenings and assessments on clients entering treatment
• Implement appropriate therapeutic interventions for identified areas of concern
• Facilitate weekly evidence-based groups in accordance with the group curriculum
• Provide individual counseling to clients in need of therapeutic and supportive services
• Update client’s treatment plans every 30 days
• Develop, access, and maintain resources for client’s pre and post release plans
• Maintain contact with a caseload not to exceed 25 clients
• Maintain HIPAA compliant electronic health records and case files
• Participate in weekly individual clinical supervision and monthly staff meetings
