About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support controlled correspondence tracking, routing, updating, status monitoring, and closure activities in Federal correspondence management systems.
  • Support work involving ICCT, ECMM, CoRe, SharePoint-based collaboration, or comparable Federal correspondence, tasker, case-tracking, or content-management systems.
  • Support public-inquiry workflow tracking and routing visibility using Government-approved systems and processes.
  • Maintain content inventories, content maps, document libraries, metadata, version history, and content status trackers.
  • Support content alignment between strategic documents, frameworks, tools, program activities, and internal SharePoint content.
  • Support content updates to internal SharePoint sites under Government-designated permissions and approval workflows.
  • Support data quality reviews, content validation, duplicate identification, source verification, and content owner tracking.
  • Assist with Business Case and Analysis of Alternatives inputs by organizing source materials, data, assumptions, and backup documentation.
  • Coordinate with project staff and Government stakeholders to resolve content, workflow, and system-navigation issues.
  • Support Section 508-aware content posting by coordinating with the Technical Writer / 508 Specialist before publication or release.
  • Prepare status updates, dashboards, logs, reports, and workflow summaries.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Federal correspondence management systems or comparable Federal tasker, case-tracking, records, or content-management systems.
  • Experience supporting Federal correspondence, content management, document management, workflow tracking, case tracking, or records-related systems.
  • Experience using SharePoint or comparable Federal collaboration/content-management environments.
  • Experience maintaining document libraries, metadata, content inventories, content maps, version control, and workflow status information.
  • Experience supporting internal content updates, content governance, or document routing in a Federal or Government environment.
  • Ability to organize and track large volumes of electronic information accurately.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, customer-service, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and reporting/tracking tools.
  • Ability to work within Government-approved permissions, workflows, and access controls.
