About the role
- Lead the FVL Business Development team and manage 4 Business Development Managers
- Develop and implement a clear "Go to Market" Business Development strategy for FVL aligned with product and functional teams
- Own and drive the cluster-wide FVL commercial pipeline: size, quality, and accuracy
- Custodian of the project evaluation process to focus on the right opportunities
- Deliver annualized and traded new business win targets from new and existing customers
- Develop customer proposals in collaboration with product and functional teams, both proactively and in response to RFQs
- Actively network with customers and prospects to ensure CEVA visibility and leadership in Benelux
- Support FVL Business Line with commercial aspects of organic growth and ensure adherence to the FVL playbook
- Perform consultative sales activities; articulate FVL solutions and concepts clearly
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in managing a team
- Professional experience in automotive logistics
- Deep knowledge of Finished Vehicle Logistics (FVL)
- Commercial orientation and proven "winner’s mentality"
- Ability to set strategic directions and effectively lead a team
- Proficient in written and oral communication in both French/Dutch and English
- Adaptability within a sizable international organisation
- Based in Ghislenghien (BE) or Oosterhout (NL) and willing to work on-site and at various regional offices in the Netherlands, Belgium, or Germany
