About the role
- Partner closely with regional and global stakeholders to design, implement, and manage learning initiatives
- Develop and deploy communications plans in collaboration with the global team
- Review existing learning initiatives and analyze data to identify skills gaps
- Design and deliver engaging learning solutions for diverse audiences
- Provide experienced project management support to various Global Learning and Talent projects
- Hold regional budget management responsibility
- Provide regular progress reports and insights to leadership
Requirements
- Experienced learning and development professional (Manager/Business Partner level)
- Demonstrated skills in facilitating and designing learning curricula
- Proven track record in partnering with external suppliers
- Demonstrated experience in managing and allocating budgets
- Prior experience working with regional and global cross-functional teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter able to perform with minimal supervision
