Serve as the subject matter expert and first point of contact for clients; becoming a trusted advisor for all portfolio services by reviewing monthly financials, bookkeeping records, EOY financials, and conducting review and growth calls
Prepare financial statements to facilitate the clients decision making process
Manage the bookkeeping team assigned to your client portfolio and oversee processes for month end close
Prepare budgets and revenue targets with clients
Conduct quarterly and ad hoc Growth Sessions with clients to review financial performance, create and adjust budgets, and identify industry trends
Lead and/or mentor other Client Advisors
Address payroll questions/concerns and provide first-level troubleshooting
Delight customers with expert guidance and support
Manage personal workload to deliver high quality work products on time
Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders and management on established performance expectations
Work across teams to keep others informed of client status (i.e. Tax, client experience)
Expand client portfolio and advisory services, with willingness to pursue CFO certification
Requirements
4 + years of accounting experience; bookkeeping, public accounting, small business accounting or similar understanding of accounting and business financials (Required)
B.S or M.S in Accounting or Business or equivalent experience
3 + of related experience in a client facing role
Ability to manage multiple clients, tasks, and projects simultaneously

Ability to provide exceptional client service
Desire to grow and expand your client portfolio and advisory services, willingness to become CFO certified
