• Make every interaction with their offices feel sharp, prepared, and intentional.
• Build the operating systems that scale the executive function as the company grows.
• Partner with the CEO and ELT to track quarterly priorities, OKRs, and strategic initiatives.
• Own the weekly ELT meeting end-to-end: agenda design, pre-reads, decision capture, action items tracked to close.
• Drive initiatives that sit between functions and would otherwise stall.
