• You are the first point of contact for our partners and customers, ensuring the stable operation of their systems.
• You receive telephone and written support requests, document and process them using our ticketing system.
• You take care of provisioning, administration and the ongoing operation of customer systems.
• You work reliably in a 3-shift schedule (morning, late and night shifts).
• You are eager to learn, continuously develop your skills and contribute new ideas for process optimization.
• You organize yourself confidently in a remote environment and work efficiently and independently.
