About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You are the first point of contact for our partners and customers, ensuring the stable operation of their systems.
You receive telephone and written support requests, document and process them using our ticketing system.
You take care of provisioning, administration and the ongoing operation of customer systems.
You work reliably in a 3-shift schedule (morning, late and night shifts).
You are eager to learn, continuously develop your skills and contribute new ideas for process optimization.
You organize yourself confidently in a remote environment and work efficiently and independently.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable IT qualification.
Initial professional experience in support and ideally experience with ticketing systems.
Experience with terminal server environments, ERP software, Windows Server and basic knowledge of Linux is an advantage.
Confident communication in German and English; Spanish skills are a plus.
Analytical thinking, sense of responsibility and a structured way of working.
