About the role
- Build and execute a comprehensive account and territory plan for the Nordics market
- Drive new business and expand existing relationships to exceed revenue targets
- Clearly communicate Cloudflare’s unique value proposition to technical and business stakeholders
- Manage the full sales cycle, including complex contract negotiations
- Maintain a healthy, predictable sales pipeline with strong forecasting discipline
- Develop long-term strategic partnerships with key accounts
- Champion customer success to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Travel up to 25% within the region
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Swedish
- 3+ years of direct B2B sales experience (startup and scale-up experience, working with Digital Native / Gaming companies a plus)
- Solid understanding of computer networking and how the Internet works (technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS is a bonus)
- Strong ability to learn technical concepts and translate them into business value
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a consultative sales approach
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and innovation
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel to meet with clients and partners
