About the role

  • Take charge of Quote-to-Cash processes and provide leadership, communication and accountability for successful delivery
  • Manage a set of key products in the Quote to Cash lifecycle impacting internal and external customers worldwide
  • Work horizontally to align Engineering, Program Management, Finance, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence and external vendors
  • Span timescales: support short-term product launches, medium-term billing migrations, and long-term ERP implementations
  • Span domains and publish roadmaps while remaining responsive to business-driven interrupts
  • Ensure quality and an accurate picture of revenue and customer service while advancing the roadmap
  • Listen, learn, synthesize, communicate outwards, and influence through persuasion
  • Represent Cloudflare to large customers about billing concerns and plans
  • Hold self and peers accountable for delivery
  • Domains touched include Billing, Invoicing, Sales & Opportunity management, Credit & Collections, Pricing & Quoting, Contract & Entitlement Management, Partners & Resellers, Taxation, Bad debt, BI Reporting, ERP Implementation

Requirements

  • Seasoned product manager with ownership of quote-to-cash processes
  • Demonstrated success delivering technology solutions in the Billing space
  • Knowledge of best practices in fintech, financial reporting, compliance, or similar domains at a SaaS company
  • Experience managing customer-facing products focused on global payments, tax, checkout, invoicing, and other quote-to-cash activities
  • Experience coordinating across Engineering, Program Management, Finance, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, and external vendors (e.g., Stripe, Salesforce)
  • Experience spanning short-term deliverables, billing migrations, and longer-term ERP implementations
  • Strong communication, collaboration, synthesis, and influencing skills
  • Experience engaging with large customers on billing concerns and plans
  • Ability to provide and demand accountability and drive delivery
  • Bonus: Internet-native company experience
  • Bonus: Engineering fluency (technical background or demonstrated technical acumen)
  • Bonus: Finance fluency
  • Bonus: Understanding of how the Internet works at layers 2 through 7
