About the role
- Serve as the central communication hub between the Ho Chi Minh office and other global offices, facilitating collaboration and information exchange
- Work with People & Culture team and stakeholders to design and improve global people policies and practices
- Assist in designing frameworks to support employee experience and employee resources
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and compliance with Vietnam labor laws
- Prepare and manage labor contracts and agreements ensuring compliance and alignment with policies
- Organize and manage employee events, team-building activities, volunteer opportunities, and social gatherings
- Coordinate and analyze employee surveys to gather feedback, identify improvements, and track engagement trends
- Create solutions and gather stakeholder buy-in to implement changes based on survey results
- Execute full cycle payroll functions including monthly payroll, profit sharing, and final payment calculations with Finance and payroll provider
- Prepare and maintain documentation for budgeting, payroll, expense claims, and credit card receipts
- Facilitate communication with accounting firms for audits and financial reviews
- Manage equipment purchasing and onboarding, providing tailored setups for new employees
- Collaborate with Security team on remote access, network improvements, and server room maintenance
- Handle building security access management, logistics, and delivery coordination
- Regularly assess and streamline business operations processes, including managing rent-related contracts
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience as HR & Administrative manager, HR Generalist, or any related roles
- Fluent in verbal and written Vietnamese and English
- Reasonable understanding of Vietnam labor laws and practices
- Proven experience in payroll and benefits administration
- Experience in shaping and implementing company policies and welfare
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Agile, able to operate effectively in a commercial, self-starting manner, prioritizing what is critical, adapting to new situations as required
