We’re hiring a Manager of Sales Enablement to focus on Community Co-Op (CCO), ValpakClipp's cooperative marketing product.
Community Co-Op (CCO) is a payment program that enables advertisers to run print ad campaigns with funds from consumers who purchase certificates online at clipp.com or valpak.com.
CCO ads direct consumers to clipp.com, where they can purchase certificates for 50% to 90% off.
Funds from certificate sales cover the client’s ad costs.
You will lead live and virtual trainings, follow up with sellers post-training, and serve as a connection between product strategy and seller performance.
Travel up to 25%.
Deliver compelling live and virtual sales training sessions with emphasis on CCO to Sales Reps and Sales Leaders.
Partner with GMs, SVPs, and CCO leadership to diagnose training needs and align programs with market priorities.
Reinforce training through one-on-one follow-up, coaching sessions, job aids, and field observations.
Collaborate with CCO Ops and Product teams to stay current on offerings and incorporate updates into training.
Own the creation and iteration of CCO-specific enablement tools, including decks, playbooks, talk tracks, and objection handling frameworks.
Track training effectiveness and seller adoption using metrics and feedback; adapt quickly to what’s working.
Support broader onboarding and sales training programs as needed.
Act as a subject matter expert on CCO strategy, including campaign packaging, pricing, and performance reporting.
