About the role

  • Design and implement a comprehensive partner enablement program to improve the knowledge, skills, and sales performance of channel partners.
  • Develop and deliver training (in-person, virtual, and self-paced) on our cybersecurity solutions, sales strategies, and competitive differentiators.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop playbooks, battlecards, and other sales enablement materials tailored to partner needs.
  • Oversee onboarding processes for new channel partners to ensure rapid ramp-up and alignment with company objectives.
  • Establish KPIs to measure program effectiveness, track partner engagement, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with Channel Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure partner readiness and consistent messaging.
  • Organize and facilitate partner webinars, workshops, and live events to drive ongoing education and engagement.
  • Manage the partner portal, LMS, and other enablement tools to ensure easy access to resources and training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in channel enablement, partner programs, or sales enablement within the software industry.
  • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity software landscape, channel ecosystems, and partner go-to-market models.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, launch, and scale partner-focused programs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency with enablement tools, partner portals, and learning management systems (LMS).
