Maintain and support the organization's network infrastructure, ensuring efficient and secure network operations.
Assist in the design, implementation, and management of network systems and architectures.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues.
Configure and maintain network equipment, such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Manage network security by implementing and enforcing policies and procedures.
Provide technical support and assistance to end-users.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth network operations.
Coordinate among Ports, Protocol and Service Management (PPSM), Firewall, Virtual Private Network (VPN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) teams to provide end-to-end connectivity support for troubleshooting, implementation or migration activities pertaining to Datacenter to Desktop configuration.
Provide daily report on activity changes; escalate issues if not resolved within 24 hours; support clean-up and close-out process; develop close-out report capturing the network configuration for D2D components installed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field (work experience may be substituted for degree)
1 year of experience in network administration or related role
Secret Clearance
CompTIA Security+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent
Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies
Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
Understanding of network security principles and best practices
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
