About the role

  • Define, develop and/or implement Technology Controls / Information Security related policies, programs, tools
  • Provide specialized expertise and guidance on assessing risks, identifying potential gaps and providing security solutions to mitigate risks and protect the Bank
  • Participate on projects of moderate to high complexity and provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional, business line or enterprise level for own area
  • Act as a lead expert resource in technology controls / information security for project teams, the business / organization and/or outside vendors
  • Participate on complex, comprehensive or large projects and initiatives
  • Create process control and documentation (ServiceNow flows)
  • Collaborate within Technology Solutions line of business to enhance security posture

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Information security certification / accreditation an asset
  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Expert knowledge of IT security and risk disciplines and practices
  • Experience with firewall rules management – review, approval, assessments
  • Knowledge and understanding of various network platforms including firewalls, IDS/IPS, routers, switches, WAN technologies, MPLS, Load Balancing and WiFi
  • Understanding of NIST, config drift and vulnerability management, Qualys
  • Creating Process Control and Document (Service Now Flows)
