Help drive growth and expand Clearsulting's market presence in its Digital Reporting and Compliance practice (Workiva) by identifying, qualifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Partner with internal teams to develop pursuit strategies, client positioning, and win themes.
Lead the development of high-quality proposals, presentations, and sales collateral that align with client needs and showcase Clearsulting’s differentiated value.
Support pricing and contract structuring in collaboration with practice leaders
Attend industry conferences and events to identify new commercial opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and foster strategic alliances.
Collaborate with Workiva account executives to identify new opportunities, drive joint go-to-market efforts, and strengthen account relationships
Track pipeline performance, delivering weekly reports to key stakeholders, highlighting progress against targets, risks, and growth opportunities
Requirements
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial strategy within professional services or technology consulting
Strong understanding of financial reporting, compliance, or digital enablement solutions (experience with Workiva strongly preferred)
Experience creating proposals, sales collateral, and pursuit strategies
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Nice-to-Haves: Familiarity with Workiva or other cloud-based reporting platforms
Previous experience in alliance/partner sales or joint go-to-market initiatives
Background in consulting or professional services environments
