About the role
- Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for Xweather’s Data and Maps portfolio, with a focus on developer adoption and product integration.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing to craft compelling value propositions, technical use cases, and competitive positioning.
- Drive new customer acquisition and lead the migration of existing clients to our next-generation platforms.
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term engagement.
- Represent the voice of the developer and product manager in roadmap conversations—translating technical capabilities into business value.
Requirements
- A technical or commercial degree and a strong track record of sales leadership (5+ years), ideally in SaaS, APIs, or data services.
- Deep understanding of developer workflows, product-led growth, and the API economy.
- Experience selling to technical audiences— we have developers, product managers, and engineering leaders in our Ecosystem and are continuously finding ways to expand it.
- Familiarity with developer tools, SDKs, and cloud-native platforms.
- Ability to take our developer community to next level.
- A data-driven mindset with a passion for solving real-world problems through technology.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, global perspective, and a bias for action.
