About the role

  • Deliver world-class customer care through inbound and outbound calls
  • Show up for assigned shifts and follow scheduled breaks and lunches
  • Uphold ClearSource’s standards of excellence in Accuracy, Connection, and Ease
  • Act as a brand ambassador advocating for the customer’s needs
  • Utilize ClearSource systems and tools for information tracking, issue resolution, and order coordination
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure every customer concern is handled with grace, accuracy, and timeliness
  • Maintain discretion and professionalism, especially when handling high-profile or VIP customers

Requirements

  • At least High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2+ years in retail customer service and experience working from home
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle high-end or VIP customers
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and online communication platforms
  • Must pass a Typing Test (minimum 60 WPM)
  • Willing to work in a remote setup and adaptable to schedule adjustments as required
