About the role
- Deliver world-class customer care through inbound and outbound calls
- Show up for assigned shifts and follow scheduled breaks and lunches
- Uphold ClearSource’s standards of excellence in Accuracy, Connection, and Ease
- Act as a brand ambassador advocating for the customer’s needs
- Utilize ClearSource systems and tools for information tracking, issue resolution, and order coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure every customer concern is handled with grace, accuracy, and timeliness
- Maintain discretion and professionalism, especially when handling high-profile or VIP customers
Requirements
- At least High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2+ years in retail customer service and experience working from home
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle high-end or VIP customers
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and online communication platforms
- Must pass a Typing Test (minimum 60 WPM)
- Willing to work in a remote setup and adaptable to schedule adjustments as required
